About the role
We are seeking a Reservations Agent to join the Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr team. Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you will be responsible for selling the resort, handling incoming inquiries, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Sell the resort and provide information to prospective guests.
- Capture sales from incoming calls and coordinate reservation details.
- Maintain quality assurance, call and email conversion, and global standards.
- Work closely with the Worldwide Reservations Office to drive sales.
- Control room and rate availability and support group bookings with the Sales team.
Required profile
- Experience as a reservations agent in luxury hospitality operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
- Fluency in French, Arabic and English.
- Eligibility to work in Morocco.
