Resort Representative – Guest Services & Sales

About the role

The Resort Representative is the main point of contact for guests staying at partner hotels in Marrakech. You will ensure a high level of customer service, provide accurate information about the resort and local attractions, and promote excursions and other paid services to enhance the guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival, introduce resort procedures, company services and local attractions.
• Conduct welcome meetings and briefings in line with company standards.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Promote and sell excursions, activities and other services, meeting daily/weekly sales targets.
• Maintain a visible presence in assigned hotels, completing daily hotel visits.
• Prepare daily reports on sales, guest feedback, incidents and hotel visits.
• Assist with airport operations when required, including arrivals, departures and transfers.
• Ensure promotional materials are clean, up‑to‑date and well presented.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation with the ability to manage inquiries and resolve issues.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and hotel partners.
• Sales mindset with experience promoting excursions or similar services.
• Professional demeanor to act as the company’s ambassador on site.
