Responsable Administration, Suivi de Production et Qualité (Profil Chimiste)

About the role

The company, an industrial firm located in the Fes/Séfrou region, is seeking a qualified chemist to lead administration, production monitoring and quality assurance for its zellige and terracotta lines. The role combines technical oversight with team management to ensure efficient, safe and high‑quality manufacturing.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and organise the entire production process of zellige and terracotta.
• Control and optimise raw‑material formulations (clays, glazes, pigments, additives).
• Monitor manufacturing parameters to guarantee product quality and regulatory compliance.
• Lead trials of new products and drive continuous improvement of industrial processes.
• Manage production teams, ensuring targets for quality, cost and delivery are met.
• Analyse production defects and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene and environmental standards.
• Prepare production reports and track performance indicators.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of experience in an industrial environment.
• Experience in ceramics, terracotta, zellige, construction materials or similar sectors is highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control.
• Excellent analytical, organisational and managerial abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a results‑oriented approach.
