About the role

We are looking for an experienced Insurance Agency Manager to lead our branch in Kénitra. The role is pivotal for driving profitable growth, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and fostering a high‑performing team.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies to increase market share and expand the client portfolio.
• Lead, motivate and manage the agency team to meet sales and service targets.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Oversee operational management, including budgeting, administration and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) preferably in insurance or related fields.
• 10 to 20 years of experience in the insurance sector, with proven success in management and business development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve commercial objectives.
