Responsable de Production – Oujda

About the role

We are a dynamic, fast‑growing agro‑food company based in Oujda, Morocco, producing pasta and couscous. We are looking for a Production Manager to lead and optimise our industrial operations in line with our commitment to operational excellence and product quality.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and supervise production flows across manufacturing and packaging lines.
• Lead, motivate and develop team leaders and production operators.
• Monitor key performance indicators, analyse variances and implement corrective actions to improve yield, loss rates and productivity.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, hygiene (HACCP) and quality standards.
• Identify continuous‑improvement opportunities using Lean Manufacturing principles and support modernization or preventive‑maintenance projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing production in an industrial environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑development capabilities.
• Ability to analyse data, drive performance improvements and manage costs.
• Commitment to safety, hygiene and quality standards.
