About the role

The Operational Hall Manager will lead the passenger assistance team at the Tétouan airport, ensuring smooth, safe, and high‑quality service for airline customers in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise sub‑ordinate staff in the operational hall, planning tasks and shifts efficiently.
• Make rapid, effective decisions during operational incidents, delays or contingencies.
• Ensure compliance with airline quality and safety standards.
• Act as the direct liaison between flight crews, airlines and ground teams.

Required profile

• Dynamic, proactive attitude suited to a high‑tempo airport setting.
• Proven leadership ability to motivate and manage teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with autonomy under pressure.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish, French and Arabic (bilingual level required).
• Previous experience in airport operations, passenger assistance or team management in a dynamic sector is valued.
