About the role

We are seeking an experienced Marketing and Communication Manager to lead the global strategy of a leading institution in Casablanca. The role combines forward‑looking vision with hands‑on execution to strengthen brand presence across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall marketing and communication strategy, covering both digital and traditional channels.
• Design, launch and monitor multichannel campaigns (web, advertising, events, etc.).
• Develop internal and external communication programmes.
• Plan and organise group events.
• Maintain brand consistency and oversee the quality of visual assets.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis and performance reporting.
• Propose customer loyalty initiatives.
• Lead, coach and motivate the marketing and communication team.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Marketing, Communication, Commerce or a related field.
• 5–10 years of proven experience in a similar senior marketing/communication role.
• Strong communication, analytical and leadership abilities.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Team‑oriented, rigorous and creative.
