Responsable Qualification

About the role

The Qualification Manager will join the commercial project team to define and drive the QPM test plan, support functional testing activities and coordinate business representatives during test phases. The role also includes monitoring production anomalies after launch and overseeing corrective actions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the QPM test plan for fixed, internet and mobile IT systems.
• Provide functional support to test teams and ensure smooth execution of test campaigns.
• Organise and coordinate business representatives (process owners, business support) during testing.
• Track and analyse production anomalies post‑launch and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the organisation to ensure testing quality.

• Experience in test coordination or project piloting.
