Responsable Ressources Humaines (H/F) – Safi

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the entire HR function for a distribution group of around 300 employees across multiple sites in Safi, Morocco. Reporting to senior management, the role covers personnel administration, payroll, recruitment, training, labor law compliance, and support to line managers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage personnel files, contracts, leave, absences and working time records.
• Prepare payroll and related social and tax declarations (CNSS, AMO, IR).
• Oversee the full recruitment cycle from profile definition to candidate onboarding.
• Assess training needs and implement training plans in partnership with OFPPT and special training contracts.
• Ensure compliance with Moroccan labor code, handle labor inspections and legal aspects of disciplinary and termination procedures.
• Support managers on workforce issues, providing guidance on sick leave, accidents, dismissals and sanctions.
• Facilitate social dialogue, prevent and resolve conflicts between employees and supervisors.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration (Bac+5).
• 5‑10 years of HR management experience in a company with at least 100 employees, preferably multi‑site or family‑owned.
• Fluent in Arabic and French (written and spoken); English is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor law and its practical application.
• Excellent organizational, communication and conflict‑resolution skills.

Required skills
