About the role

We are looking for a Site HR Training Manager to lead the design, delivery and continuous improvement of training programmes for our automotive wiring systems site. The role reports to the HR department and works closely with operational teams to ensure employees acquire the skills needed for current and future challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Drive delivery of training services according to departmental plans and yearly operational targets.
• Plan, organise and monitor induction trainings, including logistics, execution, data collection, evaluation and reporting.
• Conduct regular and needs‑based training needs analyses and develop suitable programmes.
• Design, create and deliver training curricula, materials and sessions in defined areas.
• Provide expert advice on training matters to HR colleagues and business units.
• Ensure compliance with global policies, processes, tools and data quality standards.
• Prepare ad‑hoc analyses, reports and presentations for management.
• Support and lead global and local training initiatives, roll‑outs and continuous improvement projects.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in HR management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in training management.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, change‑management and results‑orientation skills.
