Restaurant Host/Hostess

About the role

As a Restaurant Host/Hostess you will be the first point of contact for guests entering one of Hilton’s dining venues. Your warm greeting and efficient seating management set the tone for a memorable dining experience and help create the “light and warmth of hospitality” that Hilton is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, assess their seating needs and respond promptly to inquiries.
• Maintain the seating chart, escort guests to their tables and ensure a smooth flow of the dining room.
• Handle special requests, answer questions about the menu or venue, and provide accurate information.
• Perform opening and closing duties, including stocking, folding silverware and preparing the host station.
