Restaurant Manager (Agadir)

About the role

Our client, a prestigious hotel group located in the Agadir region, is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the daily operations of its dining outlet. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service quality and guest satisfaction while aligning with the establishment’s vision of excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise the restaurant service from set‑up to closing.
• Guarantee a flawless guest experience and adherence to service standards.
• Lead, motivate and develop the floor team, providing training and coaching.
• Create staff schedules and coordinate workflow.
• Ensure seamless coordination between the dining area and the kitchen.
• Monitor performance indicators and contribute to the outlet’s profitability.
• Enforce hygiene, safety and sanitation regulations.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Oversee the maintenance and proper condition of restaurant equipment.

Required profile

• Experience in a large luxury or prestigious hotel group.
• Proven track record in restaurant or floor management.
• Formal training in hospitality or restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
• Excellent presentation, service culture and attention to detail.
• Fluent spoken and written French and English.
