S-E-SE Production Technology

About the role

LEONI is looking for a Production Technology professional to implement the LEONI Operating System in its Agadir manufacturing facility. The role focuses on establishing equipment parameters, documenting work instructions, and supporting the Production Maintenance team to minimise downtime and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and validate production equipment parameters during product changes and new introductions.
• Document local work instructions for machine operation and train the Production Maintenance team.
• Assist the maintenance team in solving critical or rare equipment problems and manage unplanned downtime.
• Coordinate ordering, commissioning, and installation of new production equipment with cross‑functional departments.
• Lead improvement initiatives targeting setup time, scrap, rework and contribute to maintenance plan creation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrialisation, Methods or a related field.
• Initial professional experience in a production or engineering environment is desired.
• Fluent French speaking and writing skills.
