About the role
The Sales Account Representative will join Lear’s Trim Plant in Tangier, reporting to the Sales Manager. The role focuses on managing key automotive accounts, driving new business opportunities, and providing comprehensive customer support throughout the product lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between Lear and OEM customers, ensuring their specific requirements are addressed.
- Oversee projects from pre‑series development through series production and spare‑parts supply.
- Prepare and present quotations, coordinate with internal departments, and manage contract reviews, follow‑ups, and negotiations.
- Handle change‑management processes, including commercial assessment and implementation of technical product modifications.
- Develop and execute customer relationship management strategies.
- Monitor business performance, conduct competitive analyses, and collect customer data for sales and marketing planning.
Required profile
- Degree in engineering or business administration.
- At least 3 years of sales management experience within the automotive industry.
