Sales Administrator – Wholesale Operations

About the role

Join Samsonite's Sales Administration team in the UK and support wholesale operations for major retail partners such as John Lewis, Costco and Selfridges. Reporting to the Sales Admin Manager, you will handle order processing, customer communication and after‑sales support while developing a deep understanding of the wholesale channel.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and manage orders in the SAP system, confirming details and handling out‑of‑stock situations.
• Generate proforma invoices and verify pricing accuracy.
• Book orders through various customer portals and maintain accurate records.
• Provide after‑sales support, addressing issues and coordinating resolutions.
• Complete new line forms, supply product images and monitor seasonal orders across all Samsonite brands.
• Assist management with ad‑hoc administrative duties as required.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Proactive team player who can also work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organised with the ability to prioritize workload.
