Sales and Customer Service Specialist – English or Bilingual (English & French)

About the role

IO Solutions is seeking motivated individuals who are fluent in English, or English and French, to join our on‑site teams in Rabat or Casablanca. As a Sales and Customer Service Specialist you will handle inbound calls, provide high‑quality assistance, and actively promote our products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with customers by phone, understand their needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Build trust and foster long‑term relationships to encourage product adoption and client retention.
• Act as a product expert, explaining features, benefits, and pricing.
• Identify sales opportunities during each interaction and recommend additional services or upgrades.
• Handle objections, offer alternatives, and close sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Consistently meet or exceed defined sales and service targets.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English or both English and French.
• Customer‑focused attitude with empathy and strong listening abilities.
• Persuasive negotiation style and the ability to influence purchasing decisions.
• Sales‑oriented mindset with a keen eye for identifying upsell opportunities.
