About the role

We are seeking a motivated intern to support our sales and client relations team in Tanger. The role offers hands‑on experience in customer contact, sales support, and service improvement.

Key responsibilities

Contact clients by phone and assist the sales process.
Respond to client inquiries submitted through the website.
Conduct customer satisfaction questionnaires and surveys.
Maintain follow‑up with customers and help enhance their experience.
Utilise various IT and office tools required for daily tasks.

Required profile

Strong verbal communication skills and comfort speaking with clients on the phone.
Good command of IT and office tools.
Dynamic, organized, serious and motivated attitude.
Commercial mindset with a focus on customer service.
Any prior experience in sales or customer relations is a plus, but not mandatory.
