Sales Coordinator – Industrial Sales (Morocco)

About the role

Join EMDEP as a Sales Coordinator in Morocco, leading a local industrial sales team across key cities such as Tangier, Rabat, Casablanca, Meknes and Kenitra. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager and influence business development and commercial results for the region.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop and coach a local team of four sales professionals, with projected growth.
• Execute annual sales plans, ensuring target achievement and adherence to pricing policies.
• Monitor the commercial pipeline, manage quotations and maintain high‑quality data in the CRM system.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, support strategic account negotiations and identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Project Management teams to guarantee customer satisfaction and successful project execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial sales.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a sales team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (Automation) or a related technical field.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Highly organized and able to work under pressure to meet demanding sales targets.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (mid‑high proficiency).
• Microsoft Office suite.
