Sales & Data Specialist

About the role

COFICAB, a global leader in automotive wires and cables, is looking for a Sales & Data Specialist to support its sales team. The role combines data analysis, business intelligence development and back‑office assistance to enhance commercial performance and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze commercial performance and leverage big data to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop Business Intelligence solutions, including monitoring tools and interactive dashboards, to track sales KPIs and customer trends.
• Automate reporting processes and implement predictive analytics to support decision‑making.
• Ensure data quality, reliability and consolidation from multiple sources.
• Support Key Account Managers with back‑office tasks such as preparing RFQs and business analyses.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Data Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Entry‑level candidates are welcome.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Programming knowledge in Python.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
