Sales & Data Specialist

About the role

Support the Sales team by delivering data‑driven insights, developing Business Intelligence tools, and providing analytical and back‑office support to improve commercial performance and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze commercial performance and leverage Big Data to identify market trends and growth opportunities.
• Develop Business Intelligence solutions to monitor sales performance, KPIs, and customer trends.
• Design monitoring tools and interactive dashboards for real‑time visibility into commercial activities.
• Automate reporting processes and implement predictive analytics to support decision‑making.
• Ensure data quality, reliability, and consolidation from multiple sources.
• Support Key Account Managers with back‑office tasks, including preparation of RFQs and BAs.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Data Management or Engineering.
• Entry‑level candidates are welcome.
• Good level of French and English.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience with Python, Power BI, Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project.
• Programming knowledge in Python, VBA, and C++ is an advantage.
