Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Remote

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join a fast‑scaling European tech company. This is a pure outbound sales position focused on high‑volume calling, lead qualification, and building early relationships with prospects across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Make 50+ outbound sales calls each day, consistently reaching 60+ calls when needed.
• Prospect and qualify leads in target European markets, using multilingual communication.
• Build genuine rapport quickly, often in more than one language.
• Log all activities accurately in the company’s CRM system.
• Contribute ideas that help shape the company’s growth from the ground floor.

Required profile

• Fluent English plus at least one additional language (French, German, Danish, Dutch, Spanish or Portuguese).
• Located within ±3 hours of Central European Time.
• Proven experience in outbound cold‑calling sales.
• Strong, persuasive communication skills and stamina for high call volume.
• Enthusiasm for building a young, growing organization.
• Experience using a CRM platform.
