Sales Executive

About the role

Crown Micro Global is seeking a full‑time hybrid Sales Executive to drive solar energy sales across Casablanca, Marrakech and Agadir. The role combines on‑site client interaction with flexible work‑from‑home days, focusing on identifying opportunities, presenting solutions and closing deals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
• Present solar product solutions, including inverters, batteries and photovoltaic panels.
• Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and detailed sales reports.
• Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow‑up.
• Travel regularly within the Marrakech and Agadir regions for market visits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and business development with a strong track record.
• Previous experience in solar, renewable energy, electrical or related industries is highly desirable.
• Fluency in French is required; English and Arabic are highly desirable.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy or a related field is preferred.
