Sales Manager – Casablanca (Remote)

About the role

The Sales Manager – Casablanca will lead the commercial effort for KOFISI’s Casablanca centre, driving occupancy and revenue growth. Reporting to the VP Commercial, the role owns the full sales cycle and builds a high‑performing local sales team while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Own and achieve occupancy targets for the Casablanca centre, developing and executing a commercial sales plan aligned with North Africa growth objectives.
• Monitor sales ratios, conversion rates and pipeline velocity, adjusting tactics to meet targets.
• Support the sales team in closing deals, attend client meetings and lead final negotiations when required.
• Identify and engage multinational and local corporates, generating qualified leads through marketing collaboration, industry events and direct outreach.
• Build and manage a broker network across Casablanca, including local Moroccan, French and European brokers, to consistently generate qualified opportunities.
• Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to improve product and service offerings.

Required profile

• Proven track record in B2B sales, preferably within the flexible workspace or property sector.
• Strong understanding of the North Africa / Francophone market and commercial real‑estate ecosystem.
• Excellent relationship‑building skills with brokers and corporate decision‑makers.
• Confident, self‑directed and willing to travel for key commercial meetings.
• Commercially driven with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies.
