Sales Manager

About the role

LEONI Cable Solutions is seeking a Sales Manager to lead customer relationships and drive business growth across its cable and wire portfolio for the automotive and energy sectors. The role combines sales, logistics coordination, and market intelligence to ensure high customer satisfaction and profitable operations.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure long‑term partnerships.
• Manage demand planning, order processing, forecast analysis and on‑time delivery.
• Coordinate logistics and supply‑chain activities, monitor stock levels and improve shipment flows.
• Act as the primary point of contact for operational, logistics and customs issues, ensuring rapid resolution.
• Track commercial performance, including order analysis, invoicing, payment monitoring and service metrics.
• Support quality management by handling customer complaints and liaising with internal quality teams.
• Identify new business opportunities, analyse market trends and report on competitors and industry developments.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in sales, logistics or customer‑facing roles.
• Strong communication, adaptability, result‑orientation and respect for diversity.
