Sales Manager

About the role
The company is seeking a motivated, well‑organized Sales Manager who understands prospecting techniques and has a deep ability to develop strong relationships with customers. In this position you will focus on expanding business in both new and existing markets while also shaping the sales team through recruitment and mentorship.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent.
- Mentor employees to help them achieve individual and team objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Lead prospecting initiatives to generate new business opportunities.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Motivated, well‑organized, and capable of working independently.
