About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Rabat Kasr Al Bahr is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join its dynamic team. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will help shape and execute sales strategies that drive growth and profitability for this landmark luxury property.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the hotel’s annual sales and marketing plan.
• Assist the Director of Sales in achieving revenue targets and profitability objectives.
• Analyse market trends, identify client needs, and propose tailored solutions.
• Maintain strong communication with Worldwide Sales Offices and coordinate sales initiatives.
• Enhance the hotel’s image within the local community and broader market.
• Implement sales goals, incentive programs, and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager in luxury hospitality.
• Strong analytical and market‑research skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
