Over de functie
Wij zoeken Vlaams/Nederlands sprekende sales medewerkers voor outbound calls voor een Belgisch project in Marokko. Je werkt in een dynamisch callcenter en belt potentiële klanten om onze diensten te promoten.
Gewenst profiel
- Vloeiend in het Vlaams of Nederlands.
- Minimaal één jaar aantoonbare ervaring in (outbound) sales.
- Flexibel, communicatief, commercieel ingesteld en klantgericht.
Wat wij bieden
- Netto basissalaris van 15.000 DH per maand.
- Volledige afdracht van sociale lasten (CNSS) en ziektekostenverzekering (AMO).
- Aanbrengbonus van 1.000 DH per nieuwe collega.
- Eerste 4 weken volledig betaalde interne opleiding.
- Eerste 4 weken gratis huisvesting, daarna ondersteuning bij het vinden van eigen woonruimte.
