About the role
Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking a Sales Operation Associate who is fluent in German to support its sales team in Casablanca. The role focuses on maintaining accurate CRM data, providing administrative assistance, and handling vendor‑related issues.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain customer, lead, and sales activity data in the CRM system by entering, organizing, and ensuring accuracy.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Handle vendor requests and resolve issues related to orders.
Required profile
- Fluent German (C1 level).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and across departments.
