About the role
The Sales Operations Associate supports daily operational tasks in a global environment, focusing on order processing, backlog management, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure customer satisfaction and policy compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Process customer orders, verify purchase order accuracy, and resolve discrepancies throughout the ERP system.
- Maintain the open backlog of orders from entry through production, delivery, and invoicing.
- Respond to inquiries about order status and resolve customer order difficulties.
- Support sales and operations account managers and ensure service level agreements are met.
Required profile
- Degree in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
- 1–3 years experience in sales operations or customer service, preferably product‑based.
- High level of written and oral English.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
