Sales Operations Associate

About the role

The Sales Operations Associate works within the Customer Experience Team to execute daily operational tasks in a global environment. The role ensures smooth order processing, backlog management and cross‑functional collaboration to meet customer expectations and policy compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders, verify purchase‑order accuracy, manage the full order lifecycle in the ERP system and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain the open backlog of orders from entry through production, delivery and invoicing, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Respond to order‑status inquiries, handle customer difficulties and support Sales and Operations Account Managers.
• Collaborate with account managers, supply‑chain, integration facilities, RMA and other internal teams to ensure policy adherence.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field.
• 1–3 years experience in sales operations or customer service, preferably in a product‑based industry.
• High level of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
