About the role
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative – Beauty Advisor to join Hikma Pharmaceuticals in Rabat. You will welcome customers, advise them on beauty and skincare products, and help promote our brand at the point of sale. At Hikma you’ll be supported by a culture of progress and belonging where wellbeing is prioritized and contributions from all are valued. You will work closely with the sales team to achieve targets and enhance brand visibility across retail channels.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and advise customers based on their needs.
- Present and promote our products.
- Provide a great customer experience at the point of sale.
- Support in‑store promotional activities.
- Contribute to sales objectives and brand visibility.
Required profile
- Previous experience in sales, retail, beauty, skincare, or dermo‑cosmetics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer‑oriented and sales‑driven mindset.
- Dynamic, positive, and professional attitude.
