Sales Representative - Immigration Consulting

About the role

A company specializing in international immigration consulting services is looking for a Sales Representative to join its office in Casablanca. The role covers generating new business, advising clients on immigration programs and reaching sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and generate new business through networking, referrals, digital prospecting and events.
• Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients to assess their needs and eligibility for immigration programs.
• Advise and support clients throughout the sales process.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
• Maintain accurate client information in the CRM and provide regular sales activity reports.
• Take part in events, exhibitions and information sessions for the general public.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in sales, business development or customer-facing roles.
• Experience in services, consulting, immigration or financial services is an asset.
• Excellent French, with English a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and results-oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
