Sales Representative

About the role

We are expanding our international immigration consulting practice and are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our Casablanca office. You will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, guiding them through immigration options and helping them start their journey.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, digital prospecting and events.
• Conduct initial consultations to assess client needs and eligibility for immigration programs.
• Advise and support clients throughout the sales process, from first contact to enrollment.
• Follow up with prospects and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain accurate client records in the CRM system and produce regular sales activity reports.
• Represent the company at public events, exhibitions and information sessions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, business development or a customer‑facing role.
• Experience in services, consulting, immigration or financial services is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in French; English is a plus.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a strong drive to meet targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using CRM software.
