Sales Specialist – IT Solutions

About the role

Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is seeking a motivated Sales Specialist to join its Casablanca team. You will act as a bridge between vendors, resellers and internal product managers, ensuring accurate pricing and smooth order processing for IT solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and enter detailed price offers into the system, guaranteeing accuracy and completeness.
• Verify and correct orders to maintain streamlined processes.
• Communicate promptly with product managers, vendors and customers via email or phone.
• Create quotes for clients based on vendor information or direct client requests.
• Coordinate with the Italian team that manages assigned brands.
• Utilise company tools such as Salesforce, AX, Outlook and ARM for daily activities.
• Participate in ongoing IT training programs to stay current with industry trends.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (B2/C1) with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and able to handle offers and orders meticulously.
• Proactive learner eager to acquire new skills and adapt to evolving technologies.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with teams in Italy and the Casablanca inside‑sales team.
• Knowledge of Italian is required.
