Sales Specialist – Logistics & Business Development

About the role

We are seeking a commercially strong and proactive Sales Specialist to drive growth across our logistics services, including overseas transport, warehousing, and finished vehicle logistics. The successful candidate will lead business development activities, manage key accounts, and ensure profitable service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Develop new customer relationships and generate business opportunities across transport overseas, warehousing, and finished vehicle logistics.
• Lead sales activities such as customer visits, commercial negotiations, account management, and new customer acquisition.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and commercial offers while ensuring profitability.
• Analyze logistics, transport, warehousing, and overseas freight opportunities to support growth.
• Coordinate with operations teams, subcontractors, and logistics partners to ensure successful service delivery.
• Monitor market trends, customer expectations, and competitive developments.
• Provide regular cross‑functional reporting to management and contribute to revenue targets.

Required profile

• University degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in logistics, transport, freight forwarding or sales operations.
• Experience in finished vehicle logistics is highly preferred.
• Existing customer portfolio or network is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in French (mandatory) and proficiency in English (preferred).
• Strong commercial mindset and business development approach.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
