Sales Specialist – Vegetable Seeds

About the role

Nunhmes Maroc is seeking a Sales Specialist to join its Vegetable Seeds team in Agadir. You will be responsible for driving sales of tomato and pepper seed varieties across Morocco, working closely with distributors, dealers, nurseries and growers.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets for vegetable seed crops directly or through distributor networks.
• Develop and monitor key customer accounts, visiting them to assess needs and generate sales opportunities.
• Collect market, competitor and consumer data and turn it into actionable reports and presentations.
• Support the implementation of APV market‑leadership strategies and local marketing activities.
• Conduct field trials, analyse results and convert successful trials into sales.
• Coach customer teams and deliver technical training on seed varieties.

Required profile

• Degree in Agricultural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in seed sales, preferably with tomato and pepper varieties.
• Based in Agadir, Morocco.
• Experience in the seed industry and familiarity with the vegetable seeds market.
