Salesforce Administrator Internship

About the role

Evernex, a global provider of sustainable IT lifecycle services, is looking for a Salesforce Administrator intern. The goal is to help keep the company's technology infrastructure and core business applications running smoothly, supporting operational excellence and user satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming support tickets and provide L1-L2 assistance to business users
• Perform day-to-day system administration: user management, access provisioning, profiles and permission sets
• Support the administration of Salesforce environments (security model, flows, reports and dashboards)
• Help maintain and deploy business applications and environments
• Reduce the ticket backlog and improve resolution times
• Collaborate with the Digital & Technology team on projects and improvements
• Document configurations, processes and solutions, and support end-user onboarding and basic training
• Identify and escalate recurring issues so they can be resolved at root cause

Required profile

• Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
• French is mandatory; conversational English preferred

Required skills

• Hands-on experience or strong academic grounding in Salesforce administration (user provisioning, security model, flows, reports and dashboards)
• Familiarity with IT support processes and ticket handling
• Nice to have: multi-user or multi-instance Salesforce, Apex and SOQL, Gearset or similar DevOps tools, release management
