Salesforce Functional Analyst (CPQ)

About the role

As a Salesforce Functional Analyst (CPQ) you will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring that Salesforce solutions meet real business needs. You will work closely with product owners, the Salesforce lead, and business owners to translate requirements into actionable user stories.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owner and Salesforce Lead to align priorities, scope, and roadmap.
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and walkthroughs to gather and validate detailed requirements.
• Write clear, well‑structured user stories with acceptance criteria and help prioritize the backlog.
• Design Salesforce‑native solutions, favoring configuration over customization, and flag technical risks.
• Provide comprehensive documentation of As‑Is processes, To‑Be designs, and maintain up‑to‑date solution artefacts.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including standard objects, flows, data model and AppExchange ecosystem.
• Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud as foundational modules; CPQ expertise is highly valued.
• Analytical mindset capable of breaking down complex processes into clear requirements.
• Excellent communication skills for both business and technical audiences.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive attitude.
