SAP FICO Solution Architect

About the role

We are looking for an experienced SAP FICO Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of our finance and controlling systems. You will work closely with finance leaders and cross‑functional teams to ensure that SAP solutions meet business requirements and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities

• Design SAP FI/CO architecture aligned with business needs and SAP standards.
• Translate finance processes into system configurations, integrations, and oversee development.
• Collaborate with Finance Integration Lead and Project Managers to gather and refine requirements.
• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and CO (Cost Center, Profit Center, Internal Orders, Product Costing) modules.
• Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.).
• Provide technical guidance to SAP consultants and developers.
• Conduct solution reviews, impact assessments, and manage change.
• Oversee SAP upgrades, migrations (e.g., to S/4HANA) and system enhancements.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory, audit, and internal control requirements.
• Document solution architectures, data flows, and technical specifications.
• Support testing, training, and user adoption activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 12+ years of SAP experience with a strong focus on FI/CO.
• 2+ years of Seeburger P2P eInvoicing experience.
• Fluent English (100%).
• Relevant SAP certification in FI/CO or S/4HANA Finance (preferred).
