Seasonal Hostess – 45-Day Luxury Resort Event

About the role

We are seeking an energetic and well‑presented Hostess to join our luxury resort team for a 45‑day activation in Saudi Arabia. You will be the first point of contact for guests, creating warm first impressions and ensuring a seamless dining experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude and manage reservations, walk‑ins, and waiting lists.
• Escort guests to their tables, introduce the restaurant concept, and provide accurate information on menus, promotions, and events.
• Monitor the dining room flow, coordinate with the service team, and optimize table availability.
• Maintain a polished appearance and uphold the luxury brand image at all times.
• Support opening and closing hostess duties and keep the reception area clean and inviting.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience as a Hostess, Captain Waitress, or similar role in hotels, restaurants, or beach clubs.
• Proven ability to work in high‑energy, fast‑paced environments serving VIP guests.
• Strong guest‑focused mindset with excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
