About the role
LEONI is seeking a Segment Leader to plan production capacity, coordinate equipment utilization, and ensure on‑time delivery for automotive customers. You will drive daily, weekly and monthly production targets while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Plan production capacity (equipment, personnel) and schedule additional shifts as required.
- Coordinate optimal utilization of production equipment and ensure on‑time production.
- Control achievement of daily, weekly and monthly targets according to schedule.
- Support production control and analyse previous‑day results (efficiency, quality, waste, rejects).
- Identify and introduce counter‑measures (e.g., KOSU, KATA) or ensure escalation of issues.
Required profile
- Engineer or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position within the automotive industry.
- Fluent in French and English.
