About the role
We are looking for a results‑driven Senior Account Executive to lead goFLUENT’s expansion in Morocco. Based in Casablanca, you will own the market, develop new enterprise, education and public‑administration accounts and work closely with our global team to deliver best‑in‑class language‑learning solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, target and close new enterprise, education and public‑sector clients across Morocco.
- Acquire and manage key accounts, including Fortune‑500‑level companies, building long‑term consultative relationships with HR, L&D and C‑suite leaders.
- Collaborate with international colleagues to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and provide accurate forecasts.
- Represent goFLUENT at industry events and networking opportunities to raise brand awareness.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of B2B solution sales experience, preferably in HR‑Tech, SaaS, training or e‑learning.
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of closing high‑value deals.
- Fluent French and excellent English communication skills.
- Self‑starter attitude, energetic, ambitious and resilient in competitive markets.
Required skills
- Experience selling SaaS or cloud‑based solutions.
