About the role
At PwC, Senior Associates in Communication are responsible for shaping and delivering internal communication and change initiatives. You will work closely with corporate affairs to ensure consistent messaging that aligns employees with the firm’s mission, values, and strategic goals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement communication and change strategies for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication channels to inform, engage and align employees with organisational goals.
- Collaborate with corporate affairs to manage internal and external messaging and protect corporate reputation.
- Interpret data to generate insights and recommendations for communication initiatives.
Required profile
- Ability to respond effectively to diverse perspectives and needs.
- Strong critical‑thinking skills to break down complex concepts and generate solutions.
- Understanding of business context and ability to align communication work with overall strategy.
- Use reflection to develop self‑awareness and address development areas.
