Senior Auditor – IFRS Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Auditor with deep IFRS expertise to join our collaborative team. You will lead audit engagements, mentor junior staff, and deliver insightful recommendations to our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support junior colleagues, providing coaching and guidance.
• Shape and execute audit strategies by analysing client processes and identifying key risks.
• Evaluate management assumptions, assess compliance, and suggest improvements to processes and controls.
• Review internal control frameworks, administrative processes, and workflows.
• Transform financial and operational data into actionable insights using budgets, KPIs, and data analytics, including process mining.
• Guide clients through regulatory complexity such as IFRS, BGAAP, Economic Law, and Company Law.
• Participate in advisory engagements, proposals, and client development initiatives.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Commercial Engineering, Economic Sciences, Mathematics, Law or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of audit experience with strong knowledge of IFRS standards and consolidation.
• Fluent English with excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of financial analysis, audit methodology and regulatory frameworks.
• Proficiency with Microsoft tools and familiarity with audit or data‑analysis software.
