Senior Brand Manager – Baked Snacks & Chocolates

About the role

As a Senior Brand Manager for Baked Snacks & Chocolates, you will shape the innovation and renovation strategy that drives sustainable growth for a leading global snacking portfolio. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate consumer insights into compelling brand experiences and commercial results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the Baked Snacks & Chocolates category, aligned with global objectives and local market needs.
• Conduct market analysis, consumer insights, competitive benchmarking, and trend identification to inform strategic decisions.
• Oversee brand marketing plans, including advertising, promotion, digital, and PR, ensuring consistency across all channels.
• Manage the brand portfolio, driving product innovation, new‑product development, and launch execution.
• Collaborate with R&D, Strategy & Insights, and Sales to identify and develop new product opportunities.
• Monitor revenue, profit, and KPI performance, adjusting plans to meet targets.

Required profile

• Significant experience in marketing within a matrix environment, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
• Proven track record of developing and marketing product innovations across multiple countries.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with creative strategic thinking.
• Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and external agencies.
