Senior Brand Manager – Biologics

About the role

Senior Brand Manager – Biologics at AstraZeneca, driving the execution of the marketing strategy for biologic products and building strong relationships with healthcare professionals and patients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute congresses, including creation of promotional materials, logistics coordination, communications and post‑meeting follow‑up.
• Develop and run the Promotional Speaker Program, covering speaker training, material development, communications and follow‑up.
• Build, drive and manage engagement with key external experts and stakeholders in the respiratory community.
• Create marketing promotional materials aligned with brand strategy.
• Lead internal submissions and reviews (medical, legal, regulatory).
• Participate in brand planning and budget meetings and assist in delivering brand planning outputs.
• Manage the brand budget to maximise ROI and ensure annual budgets are not exceeded.
• Oversee contracts, MSAs, SOWs and purchase orders for all vendors.
• Support collaborative relationships with respiratory matrix teams (sales, market access, sales operations, medical).
• Monitor effectiveness of programs, track KPIs and share successes and best practices.
• Provide market and competitive insights to identify new opportunities in line with brand strategy.

Required profile

• Experience in brand or product marketing within the pharmaceutical/biologics sector.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscape.
