Senior Business Analyst – Digital Transformation

About the role

As a Senior Business Analyst you will partner with stakeholders to capture, analyse and document business requirements that drive digital transformation projects. You will ensure that solutions are aligned with business needs throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and document business requirements in collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Draft and maintain functional documentation such as specifications, user stories, use cases and workflows.
• Contribute to the definition and evolution of data models and business processes.
• Maintain requirement traceability and consistency across the project lifecycle.
• Support technical teams during development and validate delivered solutions against business needs.
• Participate actively in functional testing, UAT and validation of deliverables.
• Mentor and coach junior Business Analysts as needed.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in complex environments (data, IT, digital transformation, finance, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and synthesis abilities.
• Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills with diverse audiences.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously and prioritize effectively.

Required skills

• Agile methodologies: Scrum, SAFe, Kanban
• Understanding of APIs and system integrations
• Data modelling concepts
