    Glovo, a Barcelona‑based startup, is the fastest‑growing delivery player across Europe, Africa, and Western Asia. The company offers a wide range of on‑demand services, from courier and food delivery to pharmacy, supermarket, and retail categories, all accessible through a single app.

    As a Senior Commercial Analyst for Glovo Morocco, you will be based in Casablanca and play a pivotal role in achieving the Revenue Business Plan. Your focus will be on unlocking growth by using data to generate commercial insights and shaping the overall commercial strategy in close collaboration with the Head of Commercial and stakeholders at headquarters and the local team.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Partner Ads & Promotions Strategy: Lead strategy for partner ads and promotions, develop sales pipelines and conversion funnels, and improve processes and tooling to maximize efficiency.
    • Data & Reporting: Consolidate, optimize, and maintain all tools and reports to track key KPIs and manage partner investments. Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
    • Commercial Project Support: Support the commercial team on projects such as business planning, partner P&L analysis, account manager portfolio management, and target setting.
    • Product Enablement: Create clear playbooks that articulate the value proposition of new ads products, ensuring relevance and high conversion across advertiser segments.
    • Team & Growth: Collaborate with colleagues, contribute to a supportive environment, and drive continuous improvement.

    Required qualifications:

    • 3‑5 years of experience in top‑tier management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or a fast‑paced analytical role.
    • Strong analytical skills, with experience in structuring and solving complex problems, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and delivering actionable recommendations.
    • Excellent prioritization, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts simply and structured.
    • Intermediate SQL skills and proficiency in G‑suite (Sheets, Slides).
    • Fluency in English and French; Arabic is a plus.
