Senior Contract Manager Execution

About the role

Kanadevia Inova is seeking a Senior Contract Manager Execution to join its Casablanca team. You will provide end‑to‑end commercial, legal and contractual support for waste‑to‑value projects, ensuring contracts are sound, risks are managed and business interests are protected.

Key responsibilities

• Review and negotiate contracts in pre‑award stages, advising on legal and commercial risks.
• Support procurement by negotiating with subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with contractual and regional requirements.
• Act as the primary point of contact for contract administration after award, resolving issues with clients, partners and suppliers.
• Oversee project financials, payments, insurance, claims and change orders.
• Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate risks, applying up‑to‑date legal and commercial knowledge.

Required profile

• Civil law legal education; knowledge of common law is an advantage.
• Proven experience delivering industrial plant or related technology projects.
• Fluency in French and English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard contract forms such as NEC, IChemE and FIDIC.
• Strong contract management expertise, including change management and claim preparation.
• Ability to negotiate, draft and interpret complex commercial agreements.
