Senior Corporate Finance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join Tessera Capital’s Corporate Finance team in Casablanca or Rabat. The role involves supporting senior bankers on a full range of advisory assignments, from financial modeling to transaction execution.

Key responsibilities

• Build, challenge and maintain complex financial models under senior supervision.
• Perform valuation work (DCF, comparable company analysis, comparable transactions, LBO modeling) to support advisory missions.
• Conduct in‑depth financial analysis, including ratio analysis, cash‑flow assessment, capital‑structure evaluation and sensitivity testing.
• Assist in marketing efforts such as pitch preparation and response to RFPs.
• Support mandate execution: target/acquirer mapping, teaser creation, information memorandum drafting, process management and investment committee preparation.
• Produce market studies, sector benchmarks and competitive analyses.
• Contribute to strategic recommendations, diagnostics and road‑maps for clients.
• Prepare client meeting materials, facilitate workshops, and ensure rigorous follow‑up of deliverables and timelines.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) from a top business school, engineering school or leading university.
• Professional certification such as CFA or FMVA is a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Transaction Services, M&A, investment banking or financial advisory.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, corporate valuation and capital‑structure mechanisms.
